Why MMS is Effective?

Chlorine Dioxide is a compound that has been used to treat municipal drinking water worldwide for over 50 years. In fact,in the US, the Safe Water Drinking Act,passed amendments to increase the use of chlorine dioxide for water treatment and in other small-scale applications while decreasing the use of chlorine.
